Survey on current Digital forensic practices
Main Article Content
Abstract
Cyber-crimes are spreading like a breeze, impacting the world on a global scale. Nearly every crime committed nowadays involves the use of computers or other electronic devices, making it a form of cyber-crime. To effectively investigate these crimes, there is a need for cost-friendly and easily accessible forensic devices that aid in collecting, analyzing, and preserving crucial data for extracting valuable results. This paper sheds light on the current practices in place and aims to clarify the effects of vulnerabilities in the context of cyber-crime investigation.
