Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The manuscript has been written in clear and concise English, using correct grammar and spelling.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format, as required by the journal.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The manuscript is original and has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere. It is not under consideration by another journal or conference.
- All references are cited appropriately, and where applicable, digital object identifiers (DOIs) or URLs are provided.

The manuscript complies with the IEEE template structure, including:
- Single-column double-spaced layout for review purposes
- 10-point Times New Roman font
- Proper placement of figures and tables with clear captions
- Numbered sections and subsections following IEEE style - References are formatted according to the IEEE citation style (numbered in-text and listed sequentially at the end).
- If the submission is for a peer-reviewed section, all identifying information (authors, affiliations, acknowledgements) has been removed from the manuscript and file metadata to ensure a blind review.
- For research involving human or animal subjects, appropriate institutional ethical approval has been obtained and documented.
- All potential conflicts of interest have been disclosed in accordance with the journal's policy.
- All authors have contributed significantly to the work, read, and approved the final version of the manuscript.

A formal cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief is included, highlighting the manuscript's relevance, novelty, and suitability for the journal.

Authors who publish with the International Journal of Computer Engineering in Research and Trends (IJCERT) agree to the following terms:

Upon acceptance of the manuscript, copyright is transferred to IJCERT, granting the journal the exclusive right to publish, reproduce, and distribute the article in all formats and media.

Authors retain the right to use their work for non-commercial purposes, including self-archiving in institutional repositories or personal websites, provided proper citation and acknowledgment of the original publication in IJCERT is included.
