Abstract

The success of any enterprise largely depends upon its planning. Without planning, actions become random, and results are meaningless, preventing enterprises from achieving maximum satisfaction. Therefore, computerized planning for SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) is essential. Paperwork handled by clerks in the department must be executed daily on a regular basis to establish interrelationships and ensure coordination between different work centers. Timely preparation of these documents and fast communication is crucial, ensuring that the information reaches the receiver before situations change. This process directly or indirectly supports the "zero defect" program for SMEs in terms of re-engineering processes.
