Characteristics and Nature of Routing Protocols Used in VANET: A Comprehensive Study

Abstract
VANET stands for vehicular ad-hoc network. It is an emerging technology that is used to communicate between moving vehicles and traffic. This has lead to the ascending rate of car accidents and traffic. However, in this paper, we will study the routing protocols of VANET which is the main characteristics of VANET technology.
